The Groom Room Andover

Booked my second puppy groom for my cocker spaniel the first groom was great I couldnt fault them. This groom however wasnt so good, he is untidy and messy it looks like he has been cut on his head but they did say it may be the way its been dried and not flat. Its a shame the first groom I was so impressed with but this one for 25 he looks worse than before he went!

Had many years of great service from both petsathome and the groom room. But this time on the way there we got caught in horrendous weather and had to shelter while it passed.i am disabled and am slow. Luckily i had my daughter with me and i could lean on my grandaughters pushchair Despite ringing them that we would be late the lady was very rude that we were late. I offered to rebook another appointment but she said we d lose our deposit. She said shed give a shorter groom and we had to be back within 1/2 hour to pick her up. We tried to return an item i had bought but didnt have the receipt. A different groom lady said they may be able to see when i d brought it on the till. So i asked . That lady was also very rude and tried to show me that she cant see my account. Whilst i understood she couldnt help her attitude was very pedantic . I couldnt wait to leave and me and my daughter will never go back

As stated in other reviews: appointments repeatedly cancelled with less than 24h notice, very, very disappointing staff attitude, dog had been waiting for her groom the whole summer. Have no expectations.

Keep on cancelling my Saturday appointments. Got there lights were off, was told that they were closed as the lady is off sick. No phone call to tell me. Left a voice mail for someone to call me back, 2 days letter still no phone call. If i was to not show up they would keep my deposit. Awful customer service .

Buddy had a couple of visits before he went for a bath and cut. He loved it! Very happy owner:)
