        I met Aimee last August, to help tone up and also to help me manage my anxiety. Since then I have gained confidence and my body has changed so much I couldn't of thought of back in August! I highly recommend Aimee, she is so supportive, flexible and so understanding when I am having a bad day or days! Best decision I ever made, was to choose Aimee as my PT!

She makes every training session as fun as training can be expected and always ensures to push me to my best ability. I can not recommend A fit N therapy enough. Not only have I got a fab PT but made a great friend too.
