I dont practise any particular sports and have never felt confident enough to go to the gym and lift weights by myself.
I started looking for a personal trainer in Andover and I couldnt have been luckier picking Andy.
Andys always made me feel comfortable and every workout I felt as if I was training with a friend.
Over the past few months Ive grown much stronger and I now can do exercises/workouts/lift weights I never thought I could.
At the beginning of my training the goal was to start lifting weights (not having done that before as a girl) and increase core strength, I can proudly say Ive achieved lots at both.
At first I wasnt able to even do box push ups, I can now do full body ones and thats all thanks to Andy teaching my body is stronger than my mind thinks I am.
If you are looking for a pt, whatever your fitness goal may be, I know Andy is the best person around to help you with it, but as he says, no pain, no gain ;)

More recently he has adapted my training to accommodate a knee injury, which is incredibly helpful.
Since September Andy has been a supportive and friendly driving force keeping me on track to achieve my goals, even when I dont want to... he makes sure I get it done!
