Please note this is for an online purchase, not this physical store. This has been a very poor experience purchasing from Millets online (owned by JD Sports). Customer Care have refused to take responsibility for a warehouse error, delivering the wrong goods. They want them returned for a refund, I then have to re-order the correct goods. Avoid at all costs

Went down the shop afterwork yesterday (21/11/22) at 4:30 to find the store closed, although Internet listed open until 6 and said on door open until 5:30, was not happy with this at all, complete waste of time and money so will order online off one of your competitors instead
