        Arrived on time. Seen with less than 5mins wait. Very knowledgeable staff and my issue was identified and resolved there and then.

        Amazing service! Fitted my little boy in short notice where others we tried couldn't be flexible even though he was suffering with bad headaches. The eye test was really thorough, and the optician talked my son through every step. The staff so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

        Sadly a very very poor experience. We had to have our daughters eyes retested at Specsavers . At Leightons The eye test lasted 9 minutes was not thorough and the new tests revealed they had given our daughter an incorrect prescription. Fortunately prior to purchasing frames. Our family will not use them again. I promptly cancelled my eye test. I have spoken with Leightons prior to writing this, as I feel its fair to give honest feedback and also communicate prior to online. However Leightons have asked for a review.
