        Having a little blurring in left eye went to book appt for following week. Fortunately they had a cancellation and saw me almost immediately. Detached retina spotted by ophthalmologist who referred me to Salisbury Eye unit but also rang them. They said to go directly to Southampton Eye Casualty with the referral letter. Seen v quickly and referred to surgeon for op that afternoon. Throughout the ophthamologist and assistant at Vision Express in Andover TESCO were v calm and reassuring. Many thanks
