My VW Golf had rust on the wheelarch of both front wings. We had had some insurance repair work done with IM previously where the work was excellent, so it was a natural choice to use them for some non-insurance work also. IM sourced two new wings, sprayed and fitted. The workmanship is excellent and the overall experience was friendly and efficient. I will definitely use IM again. Thanks you.

I cannot thank John, Sue and the Brilliant machanics enough. From my first stepping into their friendly office being greeted by the superb Sue, to the day leaving with my beloved car all fixed, this experience was calm, communicative and a fabulous one. John explained everything so clearly even I could understand, John you are a diamond. Excellent customer service from I M ACCIDENT REPAIR. Very responsive and very easy to book an appointment in good time. My car got booked into for repair after an accident which I claimed on my insurance, even though my insurance company wasn't good at responding! But with the help from Sue, we managed to get it booked in quicker than most. Very happy with the work done on the car, good workmanship and paint! It's like brand new again, would highly recommend to anyone wanting any body repairs needed. I would use them again 100%. My car had damage on drivers side from from to back on all panels, after taking damage on central barrier of M3 notorway.

John, Sue and team were extremely welcoming and informative in the repairing of my car. They kept me informed at every stage in the repair and how paper work would be filed and recorded and how it all linked to my insurance. I got a clean and reliable courtesy car while they repaired my car too. They were accommodating to my working hours on delivery and pick once completed. Im so pleased with the repairs and service.
