I don't know where to begin with this, but cannot praise Graham and Co (Andover) enough, particularly Jay! From the very first meeting to the completion of our sale in under 12 weeks, the whole service has been amazing! Marketed brilliantly. The first people who viewed our house put in an offer! Jay has not only been professional and competent at moving things along swiftly, but she also supported us through losing the first house we bid on and finding another. So much more than an estate agent!! (virtually a counsellor and therapist at times) I cannot praise her enough. If you are considering selling your house any time soon, all Graham and Co today and ask for Jay!!! Hopefully, this house will be our forever home, but if we were ever to move again, Jay is the first person we would call!

Would 100% recommend using Graham & co. Jay has genuinely been outstanding. From the moment she came to value our home her professionalism was on a level I've never seen before. Considering I've sold new homes myself for the last 12 years I can say with confidence she is the best agent I've worked with. Jay provided local comparable sold house prices in our area and had our house on the market within 1 week. We were sold within 2 weeks at a fantastic price. She has handled the exchange process with pure ease with top communication skills. Do not even consider another agent in Andover, these guys are the best! Take a bow Jay!
