Can never get through on the phone, on any line, from service to parts to even new vehicles. We have wasted a lot of time being told our call is important to them, but leave a message, which they will respond to but they don't. They blame it on the new phone system, but I have been on the premises when the phone rings and they all ignore it, extremely poor communication, this is going to cost them a new fleet of vans unless it improves dramatically in the next few months.
