Poor service called few days ago, I had to keep chasing the receptionist was very poor in customer service kept telling me its with 'Sam' and he would give me a call back at some point in the future. If you need anything don't bother with these guys absolutely terrible.

Chimflue visited my property to survey a broken flue, but never followed up with a quote regardless of the numerous times we called to request such. It turned out that the information they had verbally given us was against boiler regulations and totally unsafe.

I want to publicly thank the team at Chimflue. We are small fish compared to the mega installations that they undertake. However, we were given detailed advice and support from the team in Andover and Hatfield when we were installing just one small wood burner. They answered all our questions without hesitation even though we were total novices.You won't find a better group to help you with your chimney projects.
