We approached Bull & Co as first time buyers and cannot fault their professionalism and how easy it is to deal with Charlotte & the team. Everybody was incredibly helpful at all stages of the conveyancing process and even more impressive considering we were in lockdown and couldn't do things in person. My previous experience of Bull & co was a house purchase six and a half years ago. It was quite straightforward so decided to use them again last year, during a stressful time , as my husband had died suddenly. It was a catalogue of errors right from the start, The "Items included in Sale" list was only sent after i requested it, some time after we had a buyer. There were mislaid documents, wrong documents sent, including a contract of sale for a different purchase altogether, wrong amounts on documents, constant delays, a list too numerous to mention. If it hadn't been for the fact that i was grieving and couldn't face any more paperwork, I would have reported them to The Law Society, that's how bad it was. I found a certain member of the staff, Jessica, very unsympathetic and un-professional, when I had to deliver documents to them personally (a friend drove me) as the previous ones had had been lost . I found the only way to get things done, was to deal with Charlotte Anns herself. They made a very upsetting time for me even more strerss-ful .
