My wife and I recently used Talbot Walker's conveyancing services for the second time and wouldn't go anywhere else in the future! Very professional and helpful. Kept us updated throughout the entire process (including answering my silly questions!) and got our purchase and sale over the line despite many challenges caused by other solicitors in the chain. Robert Hurst from Talbot Walker LLP was dealing my case and I cannnot appreciate him and his services enough, during each and very step of the process. Robert always provided promt responses and clarifed any lamest of questions I may have had. He kept giving the other parties the right amount push and chaser when the other side were dealying. Robert made sure that from his side (our side) there were no delays what so ever. I will surely recommend Talbot Walker LLP & Robert Hurst for everyone. I will not hestiate to reach out to them in the future. Hes impeccable!

I was recommended to Talbot Walker by my mortgage adviser due to they are listed as one of the members on my mortgage panels. Lauren Fletcher was the solicitor who's taken my initial inquiry and the one who also dealing with my case. I can not praise her enough for the excellent service she provided from the beginning till completion. Lauren was very pro active, caring and kept me inform on any stages. Talbot Walker were quite simply head and shoulders above what I expected when using them for the buying and selling of property. We were assigned Lauren Fletcher and she was nothing short of incredible, I felt she drove the whole chain at times and kept me in the loop throughout. Her response times to my emails couldnt of been better either, within minutes of emailing I had an answer. If anyone is considering using them, rest assured you are making the right choice. I wont hesitate to use them again.

Talbot Walker were recommended to us for being responsive and proactive in pushing a house sale through quickly and efficiently. They lived up to this recommendation and pushed the sale through within the desired timescale. We never needed to chase for things to happen as we were regularly kept up to date on progress. Whilst Talbot walker were a little more expensive than others, they were proactive, efficient and always responded quickly to our emails. Thank you Lauren the the Talbot Walker team!
