        This company is a scam.I cancelled my insurance within 20 minutes of purchasing which was scheduled to commence in 5 days but demanded a cancellation fee when i called them.Customers services was rude and felt entitled and dismissive of my explanation. I emailed several times to advice that i have cancelled my insurance and there were no replies which were intentional and they waited until after 14 days to respond after i refused to sign the direct debit mandate.

        booked some car insurance through online retailer, didn't realise that a telematics box was required, called up several times to be hung up on. and with in 20 minutes of setting up the policy managed to get through and they requested a 125 cancellation fee, for 20 mins of policy, its criminal.
