        My first dealing with Impulse on behalf of Dron & Dickson and it was a positive one, Rob was very helpful and showed genuine interest in helping to resolve an issue with a difficult supplier. Will definitely go to this company again in future.

        Although Impulse Automation Ltd did not have a part suitable to my (rather odd) requirement, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and even gave me the contact details of another company that did have a suitable item. I will certainly return to IAL to the future for items within their wide range as this level of Customer Service is very rare nowadays.
