Excellent service! BND sent our order out with a similar replacement roll of abrasive as the ones we wanted were out of stock. When we queried the order and the cost of the replacement they price matched the replacement roll with the price we would usually pay and gave us a credit refund of nearly 14.00! They were very quick to get everything sorted and we are very happy, so would highly recommend BND to all.
