        I have been going to AFS since June 2022 and I love it! I had been worried about joining for a year prior and shouldnt have been. The classes are great, the coaches are better and there is variety to keep you motivated. Everyone there is lovely and very welcoming. Plus the cakes at Brunos cafe are delicious

        I have been a member since August 2021, so going on for three months now. When I started I could barely lift my shoulders off the floor trying to do a sit-up, now I can do sets of full sit-ups! This is the first gym based exercise I have actually enjoyed and actively looked forward to each week. Gareth keeps the workouts varied so it is never quite the same thing twice, and is encouraging without being overbearing when it comes to keeping you on track during a session. My only regret is that I didn't come here sooner!
