        During lockdown I missed one payment and I have debt collectors on my case. I settled straight away, but energie would not let me cancel after this insistent. I lost my job due to covid and defame a carer. These u fortunate circumstances where not enough and there was no sympathy. Appalled that these extenuating circumstances where not co cidered. I had to deal with the stress of this while I was going through grief.
