If i could leave less than 1 star i would. This firm exhibit a complete and utter disregard for customers. I thought i would go to a local company and support locsl business, what a mistakecto make. My bad i know but i paid upfront expecting the job to be completed in the 2 days quoted...month and a half later the stairs and the scotia in my living room have yet to be finished. After repeated visits to the shop, numerous emails and phone calls i keep getting fobbed off with the same lame excuses. Am now having to look at getting a solicitor involved, trying for a refund and getting someone else to complete the job, as this does not look like it will ever be completed. Moral of the story...dont pay all upfront!

Excellent service, simple to understand quotes, great prices..they even went the extra mile to exceed my expectations and made every effort to impress...which they have!... A huge thanks to all the team and especially to Rebecca in the office, for supreme effort, service, and clear explanations...I really appreciate all your help and advice... ... and Sean, a great screeding job..kitchen flooring...and for working his butt off to finish the carpet laying part of the job at 8pm ! I have no hesitation in recommending you all and if you give all your clients the same service as you have me...you will continue to grow and prosper.. Thanks again..David
