Russel was great to work with, he replied promptly via email and was able to both cut and engrave a new trophy plaque at very late notice. Really friendly to work with and was able to accommodate an early morning fitting of the new plaque on our existing trophy. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

Russell has helped me out several times over the last few years, recommending the best solution to adding a base to a presentation cup and engraving several presentation pieces. Most recently he has kindly hung onto the items until I could come back to collect and when I was delayed stayed open late to allow me to finally collect! Thank you! Hazel

Russell went over and above to sort a broken trophy for my Dad. He searched and sourced a replacement stand plus checked it was right for the weight of the trophy. His workshop is well stocked with many styles of trophies and he will definitely be my goto when I want to buy a trophy or get one engraved.
