        They charged over 8000 more then they should. My lift doesnt work correctly and they came out today after waiting a very long time of what we was told to to them be told we had to wait another 2 hours and this is very normal for them, eventually he got here was here nearly an said all done, I went to use my lift and it didnt arrive at the top I had to get my husband to lift the lid before I could continue on up. I can not physically lift the roof as they are aware and if I was alone I wouldnt make it upstairs at all. The only people threw the whole thing that we havent had a problem with and that was the men that installed it, every other step has been painstakingly uncomfortably and hard. I would have nothing todo with them again but my lift still doesnt work.
