        Terrible customer service. Ordered a first Christmas book and nowhere did it state it would not arrive before Christmas. I didnt not receive by 23rd and was concerned. Only update was despatch delayed. Shocking response times. Terrible customer service in general. Do not use this company as they are so unreliable. Also Christmas book arrived 30th December and is such poor quality

        Fantastic customer service - nothing is too much trouble. This is a lovely site with loads of things that I want! I had an issue with a parcel that had been damaged in transit - the company immediately arranged a replacement and kept in contact until it had been delivered. I will most certainly use this site again and highly recommend it !

        Awful customer service. Paid for next day delivery for an item and it never arrived. I have contact the company twice now and no response. I have asked for a refund and no response. I am now reporting the Letteroom to the credit card company to start recovering my money.

        I have ordered twice from this company (my mistake to give them the benefit of the doubt the second time). Very slow, first order took months even with chasing, very slow to respond and didn't seem to care. Paid for fast delivery second time, did not arrive in timescales stated and very dismissive reply to my complaint, gift did not arrive in time for the event or was for. Don't bother with this company.
