Mark2 eBikes

Purchased an X Cross in May 2020 & very pleased with the ebike, it looks good and is easy to use. Hills are now effortless thanks to the pedal assist & a good range too. Highly recommend Mark2.

Its taken me a couple of months to write this review, as I wanted to give the bike a good run in to cover different terrains and longer distances.. So finally after about two years of umming and ahhhing about buying an ebike I started my search. Visited a few local dealers/stockist that turned out to be useless. The most important part of buying an ebike is being able to test ride the bike on the open road and not just a poodle around the showroom. Only one out of the 7 stores I visited actually let me take the bike out on the road to have a property test ride, this being 'Mark 2 cycles @ County E-Bikes in Andover. On arrival at the store 'John' was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter was with me and also looking for an ebike to commute to work. Kitted out on the X Cross Hybrid we were off. We were out testing these bikes for nearly 45 mins, on grass, track, road and up the biggest hills we could find, but to be honest I was sold with in the first 10 mins. By the time we got back to the shop it was closed but John still continued to assist us with absolutely no pressure for a sale. We purchased two X Cross Hybrids. Bikes were delivered by Phil to our door, with good communication leading up to delivery. I have been using my bike now for the last couple of months, it has completely changed my cycling experience. Approaching hills, panic attacks are a thing of the past! The battery life is excellent, covering at least 50 miles of assisted pedalling! I cannot recommend these guys enough. So if you are looking for specialists in the E Bike indusrty these are your guys! 5*****s from me. Thank you John and Phil

Have to say what a fantastic experience it's been dealing with mark2 bikes from when l first bought my ebike in December 2020 l bought my bike online as l live in South Yorkshire first time out the battery failed they directed me to a local ebike shop got new battery and been great ever since till last few weeks needed a new free hub . Thought as it's 15 months l wouldn't be covered under warranty but they said you have 2 years sent the part the next day and am up and riding they paid immediately my local for job and phoned me to make sure I'm OK. You are an amazing company guys thank you so much a very happy Yorkshireman

This bike tops all other ebikes, I have had road and mountain bikes as well as ebikes but the scrambler is an all round bike, great on the road but even better off road, The price is great and the bike is well built, if you are looking for an ebike that delivers everything you require then purchase this one, I promise you will not be disappointed Ian
