I am writing to express my disappointment with the rude behaviour of a staff member at the Andover Argos store. I recently purchased a cycle from the store two days ago, and unfortunately, it came with a broken brake. As per the store's policy mentioned on the website, I was entitled to return or exchange the product within 30 days. However, when I visited the store to return or exchange the product, the staff member, who claimed to be the manager, refused to cooperate and was extremely rude to me. Despite explaining the situation, he refused to exchange or return the product, and I was left with no choice but to leave the store empty-handed. I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of the manager and the lack of customer service at the store. I wasted my time and money on a faulty product, and I expected better service from Andover Argos. I hope you will take appropriate action and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

Just bought a Humidifier air conditioner. And the size were really smaller then what I expected it wasnt big enough for the business that I wanna to use it for and I took it back. They said no return i just used like 10 minutes but no return Ive payed 335. And u expected to get return for something as expensive as that tho
