        I had cause to phone TV last week. A helpful cjhap, Blake, tried to put me through to the correct department and I left a message on their answerphone. As I hadn't had a reply the next day, I called again and Blake answered, rembered the call from the previous day, and tried several extensions to try to connect me. He put me through to Rosalie, PA to CEO, who apologised for the lack of communication and promised to get the appropraite officer to get back to me. I had a reply within 3 hours. So thanks to Blake and Rosalie for their interest and perservance to help a member of the public. Well done.

        Test Valley Council website not good. My username and password is invalid even if its the correct details. Forget username and password never works and no email. Poor service and hope these will be fixed soon.

        I've just moved house to Romsey. Virgin, privatised energy companies, water companies, dvla are a nightmare because they dont answer the phone and you can't sort anything out. Test Valley answered after 3 rings, answered all my queries and sorted out council tax immediately. #love LAS.
