I went to my hygiene appointment with Lauren yesterday. WOW! A wonderful experience and I can't wait to return in 6 months. I was cared for, I did not feel judged and I wasn't made to feel embarrassed. Initially I felt so embarrassed about my teeth as I haven't attended for a while due to work getting in the way. Lauren and Amy, Lauren's nurse made me feel so relaxed and reassured. The music was calming and the TV quiz show was great to listen to and watch. It was therapeutic throughout, NOT painful, so gentle and the attention to detail and attentiveness from both Lauren and Amy was outstanding. Airflow/pressure washer normally makes me feel like I have had a shower and I need to reapply my make up, not this time. They looked after me so well, you wouldn't have known after. Lauren explained to me how to improve my cleaning routine and couldn't be more helpful. Not once did I feel like they wanted to head home as I was last appointment of the day. I have had many hygiene appointments over the years, Lauren is outstanding. You pay for what you get. I can't wait to go back in 6 months. I was welcomed by Tecla, Judy and Holly at reception, all very friendly. Thank you so much.

I had an appointment this morning to talk about new dentures because I was afraid that if my current ones cracked or broke because they were getting old. Jackie was lovely and assured me that I would be best to keep them and if they did break they could be mended which I found very reassuring. I will certainly go to them again whenever I need advice or treatment.

I had severe toothache and c as led on a Monday morning. I was given an emergency appointment that afternoon and the broken tooth was extracted in the same appointment. I cant say it was a pleasant experience but it was definitely made as easy as possible. I was very impressed with the speed of service and the treatment of my problem was expert and caring. Highly recommend Julian and the team at New Street Dental.
