  • Mehh !!!

    All in all , an awful shower , every time I have had the misfortune of having to interact with anyone there , you can tell right away , they couldn't care less , just waiting for the bell to ring so they can go home .

    Disgusting company. Myself and my neighbours receive a letter stating that our service charge payment for the next year will be increasing, the overall service charge increasing by 1148%!!! The management fee alone increasing by OVER 7000%. And to top that off we need to pay for new windows (that we had no idea about) and the new charge comes into affect in 6 weeks. My neighbour, an elderly woman needs to pay THE FULL AMOUNT in one go. How on earth can you ask an elderly lady to pay THOUSANDS in a cost of living crisis within six weeks? We also apparently need new windows, fine if necessary but no one has come to visit the homes to see if they need doing, however we still need to pay BEFORE they decide if they need doing. I found out they also started the process of planning the window scheme in January 2022, yet they decide not to notify residents of this to allow them time to put money aside, they decide to tell us 6 weeks before we need to pay, again in a cost of living crisis. I live in a maisonette and Aster do barely anything for my property, the gutters (that we pay Aster for) had not been cleared in years until I requested, leaving mould and damp in properties, to justify a 7000% increase in management fee and a payment of 274 for absolutely no management is atrocious.
