        Be warned staff rude and unhelpful. They manage to issue my money without security questions. Just a swipe of the card. Be warned. Closing my account as complaints team agree with no security and rude staff disappointed as been a member for 7 years.

        I have used this branch many times. Friendly staff, fast and efficient. They also do great prices for home insurance. Shocked there are any bad reviews. As for opening times in lockdown, many businesses had to make adjustments for many different reasons. Don't complain, be grateful we still have a branch on the highstreet with people to talk to rather than waiting an hour on the phone to speak to someone who doesn't speak English.
