Couldn't see what I was getting before I paid for it, then once it arrived it was all wrong. Then had to place another order over the phone. Didn't get a refund until 2 days after.

Disappointed they wouldn't exchange 60mm nails purchased in error for 50mm nails because it was outside of their returns date. Was happy to accept re-stocking charge, but 'computer says no'. Not really very helpful.
