I am currently in the middle of a large extension to my house. I am purchasing all materials myself and following a recommendation I approached Strukta for the sundry items. After price checking numerous products they are now my go to company for everything I possibly can! I even ordered all 6 bespoke steels which were manufactured and delivered with absolutely no hassle! My brick layer couldn't believe how smoothly they went in with the help of the professional hiab operator sent by Strukta! Thank you Ed, Giles and Craig. Literally nothing is a problem. I send through a quote list late at night and by the time I open my emails in the morning I have the quote! The order is delivered the following day and the text notifications are reassuring, giving a time slot for delivery. The drivers make a quick phone call if they have the least concern, which is so helpful and they are always friendly. The quotes show the current stock at the branch which is great. I don't believe I have had to wait for anything. Stock always seems to be high. I genuinely can't fault them for anything and to have the back up of such a reliable company has been such a support during a rather challenging time. A special thanks to Ainsley for his consistency, reliability and cheerful service, on the end of the emails, to make my life so much easier.
