Pretty useless communication skills My partner took my discs in for skimming at 08:40 today for a quote, she was told they A needed to be on the car and B the guy doing the work at the doctors so theyd get him to call me, also that the discs need to be on the car. Come 16:00 no call back so I called, rang and rang and went to mobile voicemail, left a message saying who I was asking for a call back. Come 16:30, no call back so rang again, Chap who answered was very pleasant and put me on hold for a few minutes to find out whats going on. When he came back to me I was told basically they didnt want to do the job as my J Hooks may damage their machine, cant understand why as no any real difference to slotted, pitted or drill, just a different shape. Really annoyed as Ive wasted a whole day waiting for a call to be completely let down, they clearly didnt want the work or dont have the knowledge to carry out such simple a task. Pretty useless really.

This is the first garage where I have felt they were truly customer focussed. They answered my online enquiry and got me booked in quickly . The advice I got was sound, the service ( back brakes and tyres) was fast, efficient and a decent price. This will be my new go to from now on. The communication throughout was first class.

Matthew was nothing short of excellent. He truly went above and beyond getting my car running as it should and did it all on very short notice, at an extremely busy time of the year. Couldnt recommend more thoroughly!
