Will has just tried to rip me off on an Orro gravel bike. The bike is already 400 more than Winstanleys as it is. I have just contacted them querying the lower spec crank that isn't on orros official website. This fsa crank is considerably less. He told me it would be a further 150 for the crank that is advertised on orros Website? This review is to wear off customer's on this type of service. This review wouldn't have happened if you didn't try to pull a fast one pal.

After phoning the shop and speaking to the owner "Will Sawyer" about a cycle trainer they had advertised on eBay. I then rang back again as arranged after checking my bike spec and asked the assistant to get Will to call me... he never did, even after a second call to the shop! .. instead he put the price up!! Very poor service would not recommend. Do not advertise something at one price then add an extra 25% when customer wishes to collect it! Shocking practice! Saw your response below.... I told your staff on the second call and third call after I'd checked what axle I required that I wanted to come over to pay and collect the item and purchase the extra axle to fit my bike... but even after 3 phone calls you failed to call me back, not even the decency to call and explain your actions, just shy away and put the price up! Very poor customer service....
