        The lady on counter her name is Michelle. She was quite rude . Before me one old lady nearly 80s went to her and the counter lady don't want to explain her twice because she didn't understand first time . Then counter lady goes hard voice tone and quite rude with old lady. Then my turn she was she with me as well. They write notice for customers well-behaved and respect for lloyds employees. I think same way customers want respect as well. Not happy at all.. hope she change her behaviour with old customers.

        Went to ask why the bank wanted 11% interest on a bank loan until I sell my house hopefully in November. Even though I agreed to a 4 year deal and had been with the bank 45 years, the answer was still " thats what the computer says" I shan't need a computer to know where to put the 300,000. Anywhere but Lloyds bank. Appalled and very short sighted of them.
