Calor Gas Exchange. I did ring to check the day before and the gent told me yes, but when I arrived, the Lady said No! I have checked the Calor Gas Cylinder Refill Agreement, and contrary to what the lady behind the counter told me, Calor Gas do allow you to exchange a different size cylinder of the same category group in this case Propane a 47kg for a 19kg. Just down the road they were happy to exchange a 47kg for a 19kg I did not misunderstand what was said, it was "your staff" who told me over the phone that Ancaster Service Station could do the exchange! Reading the comments about you establishment, "you're never wrong" are you! You need to learn about customer relations and gain some humility...

Can't comment on the shop etc, but I'd wouldn't hire a van from him again. It was like a shed on wheels, tires just legal. My daughter used a van for moving home, and when the rear door handle mechanism broke we were accused of forcing it and breaking it and she had her belongings in the van all weekend and we had to hire a second van to collect them. Speaking to the mechanic who fixed it, he did state we weren't to blame for the mechanism breaking, the bolt inside had seized. We couldn't gain entry via the side door, as they was already broken!! No apologies at all from the owner, not a whiff of any compensation for our inconvenience and extra cost. It's not like the van hire was cheap either! All he was bothered about was the loss he bore for cancelling other hires as his van was broken. Customer service isn't high on his list! You have been warned!!! As I suspected, the owner doesn't understand what the garage mechanic stated, that the bolt had seized, not that the handle broke through negligence. Given the state of the van, it's of no surprise the handle mechanism broke. And again, no sign of looking after the customer.
