        Tried to ring at 4.45 as my daughter afraid son had got on wrong school bus. He said on his phone bus was late. She rang me to ring and ask AC Williams if bus was on time from the school in Grantham afraid he had maybe got on wrong bus. It was 4.40. Said closed at 5pm on the website. Nobody picked up the phone at all. Tried both numbers given on the website. What a shambles. Husband went to AC Williams in car. Wouldnt accept the review unless i put a star to get it printed.

        On the whole very good, Andy was a top lad and it was a big shame that he had to be move due to the route coverage stopping. Buses a bit rickety but almost always on time.

        JUST BEEN On a short break to Liverpool (adelphi hotel booked through just go holidays) And A C WILLIAMS were the coach company Very professional driver carl very clean coach would recommend driver and company
