I called the surgery and I was given an appointment the same day.
I was very worried when I attended, but
Sarah the vet was excellent - explained everything to me, and she was very gentle with her.
The Receptionist was very helpful, as was the young guy (nurse) who assisted Sarah when she cut Alice the Cat's nails (she was NOT impressed!)
Very pleased
