Mookie Toys

Incredibly poor customer service and very poor quality plastic used in some of their products. We purchased the Brecon Multiplay last month and the slide has already cracked. TP Toys/Mookie Toys had zero concerns about the safety of their product and had no interest in providing a replacement. Without even asking how it happened, TP had already doubled down on the old "this isn't a manufacturing fault" chestnut, even though the slide had been delivered in perfect condition.

V. Friendly and very helpful customer service for missing parts on a TP swing set order. Fingers crossed the parts arrive soon.

Would honestly give them no stars. Customer service is shockingly bad. They take no responsibility, they contradict their own website and blame others for the errors. They avoid questions they don't like. The slide I purchased to go on Knightswood tower is terribly made and does not seem like it fits at all, even though they insist it does, would like to see if they'd let their own kids go on one of their own products!!
