        Whoever was working here today was useless and very rude. Opened up half hour late and offered no apology and then lied about "We dont fix phones here". Never going back to this dump again!

        The guy in there is very friendly and remembers his customers. He was very apologetic about not being able to finish my heels to his high standards as he didn't want to damage my expensive purple leather shoes. I will go back as he is obviously thorough and considerate and knows what he can do and what limitations he faces with such a variety of footwear in the modern world.

        Just went to get my dogs details engraved on a collar. The man who served me was most polite and went out of his way to do it whilst I shopped. Very friendly chap a rapid service.
