From being a head baker in a shop to then coming in here and seeing the hygiene and the way food is handled is disgusting. From someone wearing no gloves to touching all different items including different food without washing hands. Other lady wearing gloves but touching raw eggs to touching bread. It isnt right, especially if someone has food allergies. Kitchen needs an upgrade and a better fan. Stood in there for 5-10 mins and could smell it on me when I left.
