        I went to Ampthill delivery office as I had a parcel that said it had been delivered and I hadn't received it, nor had my neighbour. I spoke with a lady named Wendy at the desk who was very helpful about the situation and looked into it straight away for me. She contacted the post man and the post man promptly came to my address and helped me locate the parcel. They were so helpful and I felt they went above and beyond when it would have been easy to just provide me with the customer services number and send me on my way. Very much appreciated their support and have never had such good customer service when presenting with a problem!
