Ampthill Post Office

Slow! If you want waisting your time,this is the ideal place. Why the Flitwick post office is closed? Everyone comes here from 2 ! City. Em I paying for that?

0 stars if it was possible, I wanted to return a package, waited 30 minutes in the queue for the lady at the till to be mundane and very unhelpful. She jumped to the conclusion that she cant do the return without even asking me what I needed to show her on my phone. Im not a professional but I think if you work in a post office you should know how to do a return or at least be sincere about it if you cant help me, a tiny bit of empathy would be nice when youve just walked miles and waited ages to return a singular parcel. I never write reviews but this customer service is appalling.

Appears to be a new member of staff here! ... Very of person!... barely spoke, and was basically tutting and pulling odd facial expressions.. Never once had an issue in there before , ever!.. Without exaggeration! it was literally like she could be bothered to be there... Given there were no queues, it makes it even more bizarre!...can only guess at how long she ends up working there.

Meant to open at 6am, 8am on a Monday morning and both positions still closed.
