I would highly recommend Jacks sports massages! I had a few in the lead up to and after the London Marathon and they would leave my legs feeling much fresher and ready to go again. Jack is very knowledgeable and friendly and has done the London Marathon himself so had lots of advice to give

Jack was recommended to me through someone online and I am so glad I went with my gut and hired him as my PT. I had chronic pain issues with my back, knees and hips which then affected my entire body and was told by so many people I had fibro, piriformis syndrome and so many other issues which has been a huge hinderance to my fitness over the past 7 years. After a few weeks with Jack, we worked on my alignment and mobility. Jack literally pin pointed the issue within the first session of me having an anteria tilted pelvis and the way I was moving was causing damage to the other parts of my body. With this change, and strengthening work for weeks and weeks - months later, I am completely pain free, I move better than I ever believed possible and I am actually lifting HEAVY weights. I have gained so much muscle, I am strong, healthy and so much more confident in the gym and in my body. I highly recommend Jack as a PT. He knows his stuff and genuinely cares about the results he gets. Thanks Jack! I'll always be forever grateful!

I started attending Jack's TruFit bootcamps, this was a friendly & inclusive environment, with options for everyone. I decided to start some weekly Personal Training Sessions with Jack in January 2022. I have since increased these sessions to twice a week. Jack has a really personalised & inclusive approach to movement & training. The focus is on mobility & strength, achieving goals to maintain health & ability to do things in everyday life. It has taken me nearly 20 years to find a place I feel safe to exercise in, in Jack's care is that place. He is able to push me in a way that challenges me to achieve things I never thought my body could & my confidence in my body's ability has just grown & grown. Each session is different, targeted & fun. Jack is also on hand to give advice on nutrition for training & life. I am in no doubt I am more mobile, in less pain & stronger because of Jack's training.

I started training last summer in group classes at a local gym. I joined to get fitter and to tackle the middle age spread.at a local gym where Jack is based. As a keen martial artist and cyclist I enjoyed exercising but I was struggling to do basic movements and throws. This is a result of several injuries over the years and my back. It quickly became apparent in the classes that I couldn't move very well and struggled with many of the exercises. Jack quickly identified some of the issues and the reasons I was having them and I decided to sign up for a set of 10 PT sessions. From not being able to squat including getting the bar ony shoulders within 10 weeks I was performing a back squat weighing 100kg. Over the last 6 months I have become fitter, stronger and more flexible. My body has changed and I am starting to resemble the man I was 10 years ago! My highlight was lifting 205kg on the Trapbar. I am rarely in pain now and I am able to perform Jujitsu like I did in my 20s. This is all down to Jack's knowledge and understanding of the body and how it works and his ability to personalise exercise to suit the individual. He is empathetic, positive and encouraging and for those of us lacking confidence he is calmly reassuring whilst pushing you to exceed what you think is possible. He does a great soft tissue massage too! If you're young or old and you want to get fit and move better then give him a call. You won't regret it.

I first went to see Jack as I was having issues with my shoulder and had been in pain for some time due to working at a desk all day and during COVID working fom home with incorrect set up. He immediately recognised the problem and helped fix the issue in only a couple of sessions and I have been pain free ever since. Now I have regular weekly 1 to 1 PT sessions that I always really look forward to. Jack has helped me to work on my strength showing me new exercises and techniques to build muscle and by using equipment that I wouldn't have access to at home or wouldn't attempt on my own at a gym because I did not feel confident enough to use the weights section. I'm now moving more easily, lifting the heaviest weights I've ever attempted and continuing to get PBs at each session. I have recently hit a personal goal of an unassisted chin up after only 8 PT sessions! I would highly recommend Jack, he is a real pro and gives clear advice and tips in order to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. He also motivates you to push yourself to the best of your ability. Thank you so much Jack for helping me become more confident and making me realise that I'm not as weak as I thought I was I look forward to you helping me get even stronger and hitting more PBs in the future
