Richmond Manor Care Home

I have been at Richmond Manor for nearly 2 years as quality support lead, I feel supported by our home manager and the rest of the senior team! I am proud of the staff that work here and the wonderful care they provide to our residents, our wellbeing and lifestyle coach goes above and beyond her duties, our head chef and team provide the most amazing food, our admin team also do a great job!

Five stars just isnt high enough. I totally recommend Richmond Manor . My mother lived at Richmond Manor in Ampthill for just over twenty one months and recently died there. Her end of life care was excellent. Not only did they care for her but they also cared for us , the family. Whilst mum was deteriorating they were able to provide very nice meals for us (which included a bottle of wine ). They even went as far as providing two rooms for my sister and I to sleep in as we took turns on the bedside vigil. I honestly cant express how well we were all supported. The staff genuinely love caring for the clients. Whilst in my mothers room you could here the laughter and conversations . The staff would come in and chat , see how we were , if there was anything we needed , telling their favorite stories of my mum. Some even came in on their days off , brought in their dog . I can honestly say my mothers death was made so much easier because of the care we all received. I wouldnt hesitate to place my loved one there .They all went above and beyond . Totally recommend Richmond Manor .

Fabulous care home. Staff are lovely, kind and welcoming. A very happy place! Facilities are clean and well kept. Would highly recommend
