Really great service. Adam kept us in the loop during viewings, offers etc and helped us understand the process as first time sellers. Abigail did a great job at progressing the sale and always knew what stage we were at in the sale and helped speed things up when needed. Thanks guys, much appreciated!!

The Orchards team provided us with great service, from the point of finding our buyer all the way through to completing the sale. The completion process was incredibly challenging due to last minute problems further down the sales chain but Orchards stayed focused on making it happen when others might have given up and we were provided regular feedback by Abigail and the sales progression team - thank you!

We have recently sold and bought a house through Orchards. Its been such a stressful time during conveyancing but Orchards and Abigail in particular has been absolutely amazing. I can honestly say that without Abigail the whole chain would have collapsed. She was always on hand to help and answer any questions, deal with other estate agents as well as solicitors and assisting in anything that needed doing. I cant recommend Abigail enough and shes the reason were finally moving!
