        We would highly recommend using Country Properties. We were selling in London and moving to a new area and they were very helpful throughout our move. Always great communication and friendly and polite to speak to. Extra thanks to Ken and Sasha. Sasha in particular took the time to explain every stage to us and was always on hand for queries. She was also brilliant with all the other parties involved and went the extra mile to keep everyone in the loop. We also felt very welcomed to the area on move in day with a lovely gift which was so appreciated! Big thank you to everyone at Country Properties.

        The team at Country Properties have been exemplary throughout the whole selling and buying process and we would thoroughly recommend using them if you are looking for an estate agent in the Ampthill area. We must also mention that Sasha is an absolute credit to the team. The whole process has been very drawn out (some 9 months) and stressful but due to Sashas professionalism and experience in sales progressing we got there in the end. She went over and above for us and we are most grateful for that.

        Buying or selling a house is never an easy process but doing this through Country properties made it the best process it can be. Whenever I wanted an update from the vendors solicitor they would always get one for me on the same day. I always knew what stage of the process I was at and what's left to be done. They were all friendly staff and very welcoming. It was a great experience when I could finally go and collect my keys.

        I will reserve my comments! All I can say it could have been better and things done differently. It was certainly an Experience that will live long in my mind? Thankfully all over now! Would I recommend this estate agents! Well all I can say is 'How long is a piece of string.? The estate agent in question was Sasha! Say no more! She says one thing infront of you and behind your back she says another! (Double standards) I lost complete confidence in her. Instead of working for me she worked against me. Has anyone noticed that all there reviews have 5 stars? They only show the good reviews? Read into that what you may? This is a genuine review not the ones they show? The stars I have given above speech for themselves! If I could have given ZERO STARS then I would have done so. This estate agent is 'NOT TO BE TRUSTED.' If she recommends anyone please do not take her advice and use your own judgement. TREAD AT YOUR OWN PERIL. 'THEY HAVE A GUILTY CONSCIENCE' One word sums them up "SHAMBOLIC'They 'Have Fake Reviews.'
