Great service from the team at Ampthill Fireplaces - taking out an old fireplace and replacing it with this fantastic Chesney 'Shoreditch' log burner with 'Manhattan' marble surround.

Superb service. Took time with us on initial site visit to really explore the best ideas for what would be a tricky stove installation. On site works completed efficiently and tidily. High quality finish. Really pleased with the results. Thanks for all your work.

I thought I would provide a review 12 months after install. From organising the initial visit and providing a quote and detailing the work required based on our requirements was perfect. They installed and delivered exactly as specified removing the open fire, installing an electric insert led fireplace, blocked off the chimney, wired in the electrics and re-plastered the chimney breast and electric trunking. Note: flooring and skirting was not their scope. Thanks Ampthill Fireplaces

I went to see some LED fires and seek advice. Apart from being directed to an LED showroom upstairs (where all the displays were turned off) I could get no advice. 3 members of staff chatting and laughing amongst themselves whilst sortingbout their shopping. One other customer and I both asked for attention more than once but left after 20 mins or so of trying to sort things for ourselves. I bought from a store in Barton-Le-Clay instead.
