Rang Michael in an emergency after British Gas couldn't fit us in for 3 weeks (even though we've been a homecare customer for years!). At minus 5 forecast and having young children in the house, Michael gave up his day off to sort us out. Very professional and highly recommended.

Michael helped my parents out at short notice when they had heating problems. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and very thorough. He even went so far as to provide and assist my parents with a report in regards to a leak and incorrectly fitted plumbing

Michael is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He wasn't very punctual, but always busy chasing up parts. If he doesn't have parts he needs he'll get them asap even if it means driving miles away. He has a very good work ethic and I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or heating work done.
