Really poor design service. All the risk of measurements are placed onto the customer which could cause issues for some (be prepared). We took a already worked up design to them to which they made zero amendments but still charged 100 (I requested a refund but they said no). The service felt rushed and convoluted e.g. each element of kitchen is priced separately and they constantly ask you to confirmed its all correct? (I found a number of mistakes). Finally its simply not cheap given the level of services, the risk you take on and the extra work required in using such a company. I have provided plenty of feedback but doubt it will be enacted upon. but Better to go to an independent supplier as we did.
