        Really disappointed with being refused a refund when I tried to return a 20 cushion bought from the shop which had a chemical smell that was giving myself and housemates headaches. The owner stated she could not resell this item and that it didnt smell even though I could smell the scent as I entered the shop. Dont buy soft furnishings from this shop. Just very sad to have lost my money and not be able to enjoy the product and the lack of customer service. I left the cushion at the shop as I didnt want it in the house.

        Been popping into this shop for years now. And I have always been impressed by the independent goodies for sale large or small. The owner and co workers are very welcoming, and if your in there long enough and purchase a lovely item or two. You maybe lucky enough to be treated with a cup of coffee. Hmm thank you.
