        Bit out of the way. If my daughter hadn't shown me the way I would have thought it was a building site to be honest. Nice and clean inside. Man in coffee shop didnt seem very happy !! Maybe had a bad day!!

        New ownership destroying this leisure centre rapidly. Phone lines - non existent The toddler pool is hardly open Considering its the only leisure centre covering a few small towns and villages - not fit for purpose

        Unfortunately, since the owner changed, the gym has not improved, and if anything, it has gotten worse. Most of the gym staff spend most of their time standing around doing very little. The equipment is mostly old and in need of replacing or refurbishing. WiFi coverage isn't great and completely unsecured. Both are unexceptable. Existing annual members are unfairly being punished as they refuse to give them free classes where other members now get that benefit. Very poor.

        Cancelled my membership months ago and since EA took over my direct debit has been re taken again (without my permission) have spent the last 2 weeks ringing the centre and emailing EA with no response Emailed the MD directly today- so far no reply Cant make any contact with the centre to sort out a issue they have made and as a result I am 40 short!
