A Burger Joint at The Ossory Arms

Ive ordered 3 times, first 2 times were great. Yesterdays order had a hair in, and a small piece that was inedible that crunched my tooth. They also called me to say they had power issues so to come 15 mins later and when I got my food it was cold.

food side bloody amazing... defo go back... was cooked well, great meat and seasoned... bar staff were abit miserable.. asked for a gin with strawberrys, he muttered he knows how-to make a gin and gave me raspberries and strawberrys.. I said just strawberrys for a reason.. yet he ignored my request.. over all food great, food customer service side great... bar staff need some work

We ordered a takeaway from ABJ two weeks ago and have many times in the past. However, on this occasion my partner noticed, after eating a couple of bites of her chicken burger, that the inside appeared raw to us (see picture attached). Not only this, a very short time afterwards she was sick and felt terrible for the whole weekend (could be coincidence but you can make your own mind up). She took a picture of the chicken burger and reported this to ABJ and received, message then a phone call from someone there. They were apologetic and offered a refund and 50% off our next order. We accepted this, even though we will not eat from there again. We dont like making more out of something than it needs to be and as far as we were concerned that was the end of the matter. However, after two weeks no refund has been received and ABJ is now not responding to us, which has obviously rubbed salt into the wound. ABJ: - You NEED to do better. - You NEED to probe your chicken thats basic food safety. - You NEED to do what you have promised after making a mistake
